Reason why is In good to fair condition is Because the cabinet it's damage on the top, a piece of Veneer came off (piece included, needs to be glued) and other section needs to be glued also, check pictures for detail. I don't think it was ever installed, came with the box but the box was to damage.  Original papers. Made in the USA.
